I acknowledge and voluntarily release and forever discharge M POWERMENT, INC, its employees, representatives, directors and officers, from any and every claim, demand, action or right of action, of whatever kind of nature and whether in law or in equity, arising from or by reason of my enrollment, participation, or use of the M POWERMENT online curriculum and/or its materials. This release includes but is not limited to any claims by third-parties against M POWERMENT, INC for psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment, or any other services rendered to me or on my behalf alleged as a result of my participation in or enrollment in said curriculum or use of its materials, and I shall indemnify and hold M POWERMENT harmless from any claims by third parties for such claims or services arising or alleged to arise from my use of or participation in the said online curriculum and materials.
